You are invited to visit our hybridizing garden to see the new seedlings, future introductions and much more ! Blooming unselected daylily seedlings will be available for purchase right from the seedling beds at a very minimal cost.
I work in hybridizing both tets and dips, specializing in vibrant, saturated colors, with patterns and excellent plant habits. Bloom sizes range from giant 8” blooms to tiny 1-1/2” miniature blossoms. All seedlings are one of a kind, grown from crosses made right here in the garden. Also on display are the newest cutting edge introductions from Nature’s Edge Daylilies and other nationally known hybridizers from all areas of the United States and overseas as well. Some of these are for sale as well, in both starter divisions, and some in clump size plants.
There are several rare, new-to-market perennials to see as well. These include the 7’ tall Orienpet lilies, heucheras, hosta, reblooming iris, iris norrisii and others. Container gardens and unusual garden ornaments are everywhere. Something for everyone!
This is a state inspected garden, so plants are healthy and hardy.
Photographers and artists are welcome to set up and capture the beauty! Daylily folk and garden clubs are all welcome. Garden tours are available, please book early as these fill up fast! Or bring the neighbors, and just spend a couple of hours looking at the flowers. We love visitors!!
